Biasanya wedang ini disajikan pada malam hari , karena jahe yang ada didalammya membuat badan kita jadi hangat lagi... apalagi kalo hujan .. minum wedang ronde jadi nikmat. Dan kalau anda ingin menikmati ngga perlu menunggu penjual ronde... buat sendiri ngga sulit koq&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left"&gt;Bahan:&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left"&gt;Tepung Ketan 250 gram.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left"&gt;Jahe 1 bh., memarkan.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left"&gt;Sereh 2 btg, memarkan.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left"&gt;Kacang goreng tanpa  kulit.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left"&gt;Air 1 lt.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left"&gt;Gula pasir secukupnya.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left"&gt;Cara Membuat:&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left"&gt;Membuat wedang:   Rebus air dengan gula, sereh dan jahe, sampai mendidih, matikan api.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left"&gt;Uleni tepung ketan  dengan air matang hangat sedikit demi sedikit sampai adonan bisa dibentuk.  &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left"&gt;Dibagi 3 bagian satu  tetap putih, yang satu bagian warnai merah sedikit, satu warnai hijau (daun suji  dan daun pandan ditumbuk beri air sedikit disaring). Lalu bentuk sebesar biji  kelereng.&lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left"&gt; &lt;/p&gt; &lt;p style="margin-top: 0pt; margin-bottom: 0pt;" align="left"&gt;Didihkan air dalam panci. Udara dingin kota Malang membuat wedang angsle ini cukup nikmat dan membuat badan jadi hangat. Kalo anda ingin menikmati wedang ini sekarang , bisa loh... cara buatnya tidak sulit.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan wedang angsle :&lt;br /&gt;10 bj  putu mayang&lt;br /&gt;4 lb  roti tawar , potong 1 x 1 cm&lt;br /&gt;75  gr pacarcina , rebus matang siram air  lalu tiris&lt;br /&gt;100 gr kacang hijau , rebus lalu tambah gula.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Kuah santan :&lt;br /&gt;1  liter santan cair.&lt;br /&gt;150 gr    gula pasir&lt;br /&gt;40 gr    jahe emprit, kupas dan memarkan.&lt;br /&gt;3  lbr  daun pandan&lt;br /&gt;     garam secukupnya&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Caranya :&lt;br /&gt;Didihkan semua bahan untuk kuah santan diatas api sedang, aduk pelan pelan , jangan sampai kuah santan pecah. Rasa dari spekulas yang tajam membuat kue ini jadi harum dan bisa disajikan sore hari bersama teh manis&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bahan :&lt;br /&gt;Gula halus   750 gr ; Mentega  500 gr ;Telur 1 butir ;Soda kue 8 gr ;Garam 0,5 sdt ;Gula aren  100 gr ;Bumbu spekulas 60 gr; mete cincang  200 gr; Susu evaporated  100 gr ;tepung trigu  1250 gr; baking puder 3 gr&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Cara :&lt;br /&gt;1.
